Cancellation Policy

BOOKING-CANCELATION POLICY A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total. This policy is in place because your appointment blocks off several hours of my day, and last-minute changes prevent me from filling that time. Thank you for respecting my time and business 🤍 CHILD SUPERVISION POLICY For the safety of all clients and to comply with studio regulations, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an additional adult supervisor at all times during your appointment. If you are receiving a service, you are not considered available to actively supervise your child. Therefore, a second adult must be present solely to supervise any child in the space. Due to the limited size of the studio and the presence of professional tools and chemicals, unsupervised children pose a safety and liability risk. If proper supervision is not provided, I may need to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. REFUND POLICY While we don’t offer refunds on completed services, we’re always happy to make adjustments within 48 hours, or we can schedule a time in the near future if needed. By booking with us, you agree to these policies — thank you for your understanding and support! 🦋 CARD PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE A small 3.5% card processing fee will be added to credit/debit payments. This fee comes from the payment processor, not from me. (This only applies when paying with a debit/credit card. Cash payments are always welcome to avoid this fee!) SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT POLICY By receiving services, clients may be photographed or recorded for social media and marketing purposes. If consent is given in person during your appointment, this will be considered approval to capture and share content. Content may include photos or videos of your hair before, during, and after your service. No personal or identifying information will be shared without additional consent. If at any time you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let me know prior to or during your appointment—I will always respect your preference.
